Delete your Gibraltar Classes account

This page is for the Gibraltar Classes app and website (Gibraltar Classes Directory). You can delete your account and associated personal data using the steps below.

• Open the Gibraltar Classes app and sign in.
• Students: go to Profile, then tap Delete account.
• Instructors and organisations: go to More, then Account, then Delete account.
• Confirm twice. You will be signed out. This cannot be undone.

If you cannot use the app, email info@gibraltarclasses.com from the address on your account. Write “Delete my Gibraltar Classes account” and include that email address. We will delete the account after we confirm it is yours. We aim to complete this within 30 days.

• Your login (email, Google, or Sign in with Apple) and profile details (name, photo, phone).
• Saved classes, enquiries and messages linked to your account.
• Instructor or organisation profile data tied to that account.
• Device push tokens and session data.

• Records we must keep for legal, tax, or fraud prevention (for example payment invoices if you had a paid listing plan). These are kept only as long as required, then deleted or anonymised.
• Public class listings you published may be unpublished or anonymised so they are no longer tied to your name.
• Aggregated analytics that cannot identify you.
