Instructor and Organisation accounts are subject to admin approval before listings become publicly visible. We reserve the right to reject or remove listings that do not meet our standards or violate these terms.

• All content submitted must be accurate, lawful, and not misleading.
• You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a licence to display it on the platform.
• We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

Paid boost features are non-refundable once activated. All payments are processed securely. Prices are listed in GBP and are subject to change.

Gibraltar Classes Directory acts as a directory platform only. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of classes listed, nor for any disputes between students and instructors.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
